Gina Fini-Hotaling

Gina Fini-Hotaling is the co-founder of Hotaling Insurance Service (HIS), a Risk Management Family Office which was established in 2002. HIS has a national foot print with offices across the country, as well as internationally. Gina has spent endless time building a “Service First” approach into everything she does. As a leader in Risk & Tax Mitigation, Gina has been integral in building a very unique business. She emphasizes bringing in the absolute best-in-class to run each division, whether it be Customized Life insurance, Employee Benefits, Commercial Property & Casualty; Personal Lines, Professional Employer Organization (PEO) or Title Insurance. Her favorite saying has always been said that she does not want to be a “Jack of all trades, but rather the Queen of all Jacks!”.
With 20+ years of experience in running a business and building true relationships; clients first is always her foremost approach. This is how she is able to keep a 95%-98% renewal rate year over year, while also significantly and organically growing annual revenues. Gina has always known that it is all about the people; this is why her efforts have always been about attracting and retaining the best talent. With ALL that Gina does in the business world, it is difficult to imagine how she has the time to manage her personal life. Gina is married to Bobby Hotaling and has two grown girls, Alexa, 28, and Amber, 26. They also share 3 dogs; Junior, Teddy, and Roman, as well as grand puppy, Kobe. Gina is a true and fierce animal lover. She splits her home life between the Upper West Side of Manhattan and Remsenberg, LI. Her love for design and construction is evident as she personally managed the entire building of both homes.
Gina is a retired marathon runner and an accomplished mountain climber, having scaled both Mount Kilimanjaro and Machu Picchu. She is an overall avid fitness enthusiast; there is no challenge Gina is not willing to explore.
Gina is truly dedicated to making the world a better place and is truly devoted to making a difference in the lives of people. As a person who constantly gives back, she likes to do more than just give dollars. Of the many charities she supports, some of her most notable causes include St. Jude’s “Kids For Kids Foundation”, Breast Cancer Research, ALS, and various organizations for Veterans and Law Enforcement, particularly for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
